TCDMA Ethics
Pledge
As a member of the TCDMA, I solemnly pledge to:
- Hunt safely.
- Know and obey all hunting laws and regulations.
- Act in a manner that will bring credit to bowhunting and the TCDMA. Foster good relations among other hunters, landowners and other land users by setting an example as a responsible citizen and hunter.
- Respect the lawful and ethical activities of other hunters and land users.
- Respect the landowner and his property. Do nothing to endanger the safety and property of the landowner.
- Support the TCDMA organization goals.
- Take only responsible high-percentage shots at deer. The TCDMA strongly recommends substantially broadside or quartering away shots at 20 yards or less from treestands.
