Contact the landowner(s) during the summer months to obtain signatures on permission slips, and issue required hunting documentation to any assigned TCDMA members by August 15th of the year. |

Review property guidelines, determine hunting areas, and distribute maps showing designated hunting areas to assigned TCDMA members. |

Advise assigned hunters of scouting policy and guest requirements. |

Distribute copies of required hunting documentation to newly assigned hunters and TCDMA guest hunters, and acquaint them with property boundaries and restrictions. |

Schedule roadside trash pickup sessions with assigned members. |

H |
Advise landowner(s) of assigned TCDMA members prior to the hunting season, and during the season if assignment changes are made. |

Be available to property owner(s) and TCDMA administration as a point of contact for the project. |

Set minimum antler size (spread) standards for buck harvest within the project. |

Keep harvest statistics of deer from year to year. |

Send a December holiday gift at TCDMA expense to each landowner or agent for the property. |

Manage DMP’s (Deer Management Permits) when applicable and return harvest data to DNR as appropriate at the end of the season. |

Write an end-of-season harvest report for the project to be shared with the landowner(s), and send a copy to the TCDMA Executive Board. |

Have each landowner complete the Quality Assurance form at the end of the hunting season. |
